We do not sell your personal information, and we do not serve behavioral advertising to users we know to be under 18.

We never sell the personal information of minors, and we never share it for third-party advertising.

04Sign-In & Social Login

You can create an account with your email or by using Apple, Google, or Facebook sign-in. When you sign in with a third party, we receive only your basic profile (typically your name and email) as authorized by that provider — we never receive your password. We use this information solely to create and secure your account.

TeenWurk is built for young job seekers, and we take the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") seriously.

06Data Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data and will notify affected users and regulators of a breach as required by law.

07Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with the law. You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, or follow our Data Deletion instructions.

08Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@teenwurk.com. You can also manage notifications and location permissions in your device settings.

09California Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. TeenWurk does not sell or share personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Submit a request at privacy@teenwurk.com.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
