TeenWurk is a safe place for young people to find work. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for everyone who uses the TeenWurk app, website, and services (the "Service"). It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to follow this AUP. Because our community includes minors, we enforce these rules strictly.

01Who This Applies To

This AUP applies to all users of the Service — teen and young-adult job seekers, employers and their representatives, parents and guardians, and anyone else who accesses the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to this AUP for that organization.

02What You Can Do

You are welcome to use the Service to:

03What You Cannot Do

You may not, and may not help anyone else, do any of the following:

04Special Rules for Employers

Protecting Young Users

Minor-Protection Provisions

Keeping minors safe is our highest priority. Any attempt to exploit, groom, endanger, or inappropriately contact a minor results in immediate, permanent removal and, where warranted, a report to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

06Content Standards

Everything you post — profiles, resumes, listings, and messages — must be accurate, lawful, respectful, and appropriate for a platform used by minors. We may remove content that violates these standards and may screen listings before they go live.

07Reporting Violations

If you see anything that violates this AUP — a suspicious listing, an inappropriate message, or unsafe behavior — please report it right away:

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. For urgent child-safety concerns, email safety@teenwurk.com and we will respond promptly.

08Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, issuing warnings, and suspending or permanently banning accounts. Serious violations — especially those endangering minors — result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities. We may act with or without notice, and our decisions are made to protect our community.
