01Your California Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), California residents have the right to:

• Know / Access — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
• Delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
• Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• Opt out of sale/sharing — direct a business not to sell or share your personal information (note: TeenWurk does not sell or share personal information);
• Limit use of sensitive personal information — where applicable;
• Non-discrimination — not be treated differently for exercising your rights.

02We Do Not Sell or Share Data

To be clear and unambiguous: TeenWurk does not, and will not, sell your personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising cookies or ad networks (see our Cookie Policy). We only disclose personal information to service providers who process it on our behalf under contracts that prohibit them from using it for their own purposes — this is not a "sale" or "share" under the CCPA/CPRA.

03Information We Collect

The categories of personal information we may collect are described in detail in our Privacy Policy and include identifiers (such as name and email), age/date of birth, profile and resume information, approximate location (with permission), and device and usage data. We use this information only to provide, secure, and improve the Service and to comply with the law — never to sell or to serve targeted ads.

04How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a request to know, access, delete, or correct your personal information, contact us:

• Email privacy@teenwurk.com with the subject "California Privacy Request"; or
• Use the in-app account controls under Settings → Account, or our Data Deletion instructions.

We will verify your request by confirming information associated with your account before responding. We will respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days, extendable once when reasonably necessary).

05Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.

06Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised your rights.

07Minors

TeenWurk serves young people, and we take extra care with their data. We do not sell or share the personal information of any consumer, and specifically never that of a minor. Consistent with the CCPA/CPRA's heightened protections, we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. See our Minor Protection Policy for more.
