01Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 14 years old to use TeenWurk. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and, where required by law, has provided verifiable consent to your use of the Service.

TeenWurk is designed to surface only jobs you are legally permitted to work based on your age and U.S. state. You agree to provide accurate age and location information so we can enforce applicable child-labor and work-eligibility laws.

02Your Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may sign in using email or a third-party provider (Apple, Google, or Facebook). You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us at support@teenwurk.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• You may have only one account, and you may not transfer or share it.

03Using the Service

TeenWurk grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose: finding age-appropriate work, building a profile and resume, applying to jobs, and communicating with employers. TeenWurk is free to use for job seekers.

04Jobs & Employers

TeenWurk is a platform that connects job seekers with employers. We are not an employer, employment agency, or party to any employment relationship you form. We do not guarantee that any job listing is available, accurate, or that you will be hired.

You are responsible for evaluating opportunities and employers, and for complying with all applicable laws (including obtaining any required work permits). Always tell a parent or guardian before meeting an employer, and never share sensitive personal or financial information outside the app.

05User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile, resume, messages, and media). By submitting content, you grant TeenWurk a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use it solely to operate and improve the Service — for example, showing your application to an employer you apply to. You represent that you have the right to share the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

06Wurk AI Coach

The Wurk AI coach provides automated career guidance, resume feedback, and interview practice. It is provided for informational purposes only and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Always use your own judgment and consult a trusted adult where appropriate.

08Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Data Deletion instructions). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the safety of our users or the integrity of the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

09Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any job or employer is suitable or legitimate.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeenWurk and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your place of residence.

12Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
